These terms apply to AI Avatar Academy ("the program"), run by AI Guy ("we", "us") at avatar.itxaiguy.com. By paying for or accessing the program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Results disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. They depend on your own effort, the topic you choose, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

Any examples or member stories shown on this website are individual experiences. They are not a promise that you will get the same results. Your progress depends on:

• Your experience
• Your dedication
• Your hard work
• Market conditions
• Consistency

We provide training and guidance. We do not promise any income or specific outcome.

2. Refund policy — 2-day money-back guarantee

If the program is not for you, ask for a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your payment and we will refund that payment. This applies to both the Monthly plan and the 3-Month plan, including the founding price. For the Monthly plan, it covers your first payment.

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp or open a support ticket on Discord within the 2 days, using the details in section 12. Refunds are sent back through the method you paid with, or another method we agree on with you.

After the 2-day window, refunds are only available if:

• We fail to deliver the services described on this website
• We break a commitment about the promised content or support

After the 2-day window, refunds are not available for:

• Lack of results due to insufficient effort
• Change of mind after purchase
• Not completing the training materials
• Not attending the live calls

3. Nature of the program

This is not a "get rich quick" scheme or a one-month success program. It is a learning program where you:

• First learn the system
• Then apply what you learned
• Then build results based on your own effort

Success requires hard work, consistency, time, following the training and implementing it properly. If you are looking for instant results without effort, this program is not for you.

4. What you get

Your purchase includes, for as long as your membership is active:

• Access to the AI Avatar Academy course on our learning platform (LMS)
• Access to the AI Guy Mastery community
• 2 live calls every week (as scheduled)
• Support on Discord
• Scripts, prompts and templates provided in the course
• Updates to the training content

The 3-Month plan includes 3 months of live support from the date your access starts.

5. Your responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Work through the training materials
• Attend the live calls when you can, or watch what is shared afterwards
• Apply what you learn consistently
• Follow platform guidelines (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Not share or resell course materials
• Respect the community guidelines

6. Intellectual property

All course content, materials and resources are owned by AI Guy and protected by copyright. You may not:

• Share your login details
• Record or redistribute the training materials
• Resell or reproduce the content
• Use the materials for commercial purposes beyond your own projects

7. Account access

• Access is personal and non-transferable
• One account per purchase
• We may end access for breaking these terms or the community guidelines
• No refunds are given when access is ended for a violation

8. Payment terms

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Payment is required before access is given
• The Monthly plan is paid each month. If you do not renew, your access ends when the paid month ends. You can stop any time
• The 3-Month plan is a single payment for 3 months of access
• The founding price is for the first 100 students. Prices for new members may change without notice

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Your individual results or earnings
• Policy changes on third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others)
• Bans or restrictions on your third-party accounts
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Lost opportunities or income

You take full responsibility for your actions and decisions when using what the program teaches.

10. Privacy

We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to run the program.

11. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the program after a change means you accept the new terms.

By purchasing AI Avatar Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You understand that:

• This is a learning program, not a guaranteed-income program
• The 2-day money-back guarantee and the refund conditions above apply
• You are responsible for your own results
