Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Guy ("we", "us") collects when you visit avatar.itxaiguy.com or join AI Avatar Academy ("the program"), how we use it, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the program.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, WhatsApp number and email address, when you contact us or join.
- Payment details: the payment confirmation you share with us (for example a transaction screenshot or reference number). We do not collect or store your card numbers, bank logins or wallet PINs.
- Account details: the account you use on our learning platform (LMS), and your Discord username for community support.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or Discord, so we can help you.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance.
2. How we use information
- To verify your payment and give you access to the course, community and live calls
- To support you on WhatsApp and Discord
- To send you program updates such as live-call schedules
- To process refunds under our 2-day money-back guarantee
- To keep the website and program secure and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com): website hosting and security
- Our learning platform (LMS): hosts the course and your account
- Discord (discord.com): community support
- WhatsApp (whatsapp.com): support messages
- YouTube (youtube.com): videos on this page load from YouTube only when you press play
- Your payment provider: the bank or wallet you choose to pay with
Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.
4. Data retention
- We keep your contact, account and payment details while your membership is active, and afterwards for as long as needed for records, refunds or legal reasons.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 5).
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do this, contact us using the details in section 10.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own website. If you press play on a video, YouTube loads it in privacy-enhanced mode and may set its own cookies from then on.
7. Security
This website uses HTTPS, and we limit who on our team can see your details. No system is completely secure, so please keep your LMS and Discord logins private.
8. Children
The program is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
